We currently offer strength based, trauma focused and person-centered counseling services with overall care and compassion to serve the Spokane area. 

At Thriving Together Therapy, we work together to develop individual goals and build meaningful daily lives. Individual counseling services are offered to help our clients realize their full potential. 

We pride ourselves on being solution focused. Together we work with individuals and families who have or are experiencing abuse, trauma, anxiety, or other daily stressors. We help develop a sense of safety. We are LGBTQ+ and alternative lifestyle friends. 

Scheduling has been easy, please call to schedule an intake appointment with me or you can follow the online scheduling tool located on the home page. Most insurances companies are accepted as well as cash pay. Cash pay rates include 100 dollars an hour.

Cancellation policy is to notify me within 24 hours of your appointment. Cancellations prior to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 100 dollars an hour which is the amount of the session.
